Vallei WhiskyDe oudste stook experimenten dateren uit 2002. Thuis, op het gasfornuis zijn de eerste keteltjes ontwikkeld. Inmiddels gaat het om een Nederlandse single malt gemaakt op basis van louter gerst, water en gist. Een deel van de Valley single malt zal in december 2007 voor de liefhebbers gebotteld worden.

Early 2007 at the Groningen Whisky Festival (WFNN) I tasted a sample of new make and was pleasantly surprised by its fruity aromas. In August 2007 I tasted a sample again.
Tasting note:
Color :Old gold
Nose :Spirity and fruity, apricots, cloves
Taste :Liquorice, dried fruit, slightly metallic
Finish :liquorice again. Spicier than in February.
